phnice Terms & Conditions

1 Eligibility

To register and use phnice, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. phnice does not permit players under 21 to register or play.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of accessing the platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
• You must not be excluded, self-excluded, or otherwise restricted from online gaming.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when using phnice.

Age verification is conducted as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. phnice reserves the right to request identity documents at any time and to suspend or close accounts that cannot confirm eligibility.

2 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on phnice. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, address, and a valid Philippine government-issued ID for identity verification.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. phnice will never ask you for your password. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact support immediately. OTP verification is used to protect account access and financial transactions.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on phnice are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through supported Philippine payment methods, which may include Philippine bank transfers and local e-wallets. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice.

• Deposits are credited to your phnice PHP wallet upon successful processing.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to verified accounts that have completed KYC.
• Processing times for withdrawals vary by payment method and may take up to 48 hours under normal conditions.
• phnice does not accept deposits made using credit cards or cryptocurrency.
• Funds deposited into your phnice wallet are for gaming use on the phnice platform only.

phnice reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly where the transaction amount is large or where there is reason to conduct additional verification.

4 Gameplay Rules

All games available on phnice — including live casino, online slots, sports betting, and eBingo — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game or game section. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand the rules of that game.

• Bets placed and confirmed are final. phnice cannot void a bet once it has been accepted by the system.
• In the event of a technical error or system fault during a game, phnice reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to the players involved.
• phnice is not responsible for internet connection failures on the player's side that interrupt gameplay.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are set per game or table and are displayed before play begins.
• Winnings are credited to your PHP wallet automatically upon game resolution.

Sports betting markets and odds are subject to change up until the scheduled start time of an event. phnice reserves the right to suspend or remove a market where circumstances require it, such as event postponement or significant line movement.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

phnice may offer bonuses, promotional credits, or rewards to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to their own specific terms, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

• Bonus funds and promotional credits are separate from your real-money PHP wallet balance.
• Wagering requirements and other conditions must be met before bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn.
• phnice reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time.
• One promotion per player, household, IP address, or device unless otherwise stated.
• Attempting to abuse a promotion or bonus offer may result in account suspension and forfeiture of the bonus.

6 Responsible Gaming

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on phnice and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or poker to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or suspicious financial activity through the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs or system errors; any winnings resulting from a known bug must be reported and may be voided.
• Attempting to reverse transactions through payment providers in bad faith (chargebacks) while retaining winnings.
• Using the platform in any way that violates applicable Philippine law.

phnice monitors account activity and transaction patterns on an ongoing basis. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, phnice may take immediate action without prior notice.

8 Privacy & Data

phnice collects and processes personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal data as described in that policy.

Your personal information is used to verify your identity, process transactions, manage your account, and comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. phnice uses SSL encryption to protect data in transit and maintains appropriate technical measures to safeguard stored data.

phnice will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and other service partners strictly as required to deliver the platform's services.

9 Account Termination

You may close your phnice account at any time by contacting support. Upon verified closure of an account in good standing, any remaining real-money PHP balance will be returned to you via a supported withdrawal method after completion of any pending verification requirements.

phnice reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Account inactivity for an extended period, subject to prior notice where required.
• Where required by applicable law or regulatory direction.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, phnice reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation. Players have the right to appeal account closure decisions by contacting phnice support.

10 Limitation of Liability

phnice provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to ensure consistent availability and fair gameplay, phnice does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phnice shall not be liable for:

• Loss of winnings or gaming opportunities due to technical faults, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues outside phnice's control.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to follow game rules or terms of a promotion.
• Unauthorised access to an account where the player failed to maintain reasonable security practices.

Nothing in these terms limits phnice's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

11 Amendments

phnice may update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When significant changes are made, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice through the platform or via the email address registered to your account.

Continued use of phnice after updated terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you should stop using the platform and close your account.
